Creative Sign-up Form

Here is a very creative way to set up a sign-up form. Far to often we think we have to set up the form in the traditional one-field-on-top-of-the-other fashion, but that is not the case. I love seeing examples of designers pushing the envelope. Even though this form set up works with this website, it doesn’t mean every site should have this style. You want to keep you customers in mind and think of the people who will be coming go your site. This set up could throw a lot of people off because it is not “normal”

Time Saver – Wufoo

If there has been one service that I could pick that has saved me the most time, it would be Wufoo.com. It has been a great service on many levels and whenever I get a request for a form, I turn to wufoo. It allows you to create forms with ease and integrate them into your site. It also has the function of collecting money depending on which option is checked. The whole service and experience is great.

Every so often I get a thank you note or a holiday card from them thanking me for using them. What makes this a unique experience is the notes are always hand written. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have to hand write all of there thank you cards. As a customer, this goes along way and let’s me know that I’m valued. It’s even worth noting that the hand writting isn’t all that great but plays into the whole personal, human feel. I even got a cute little sticker on the front of the card. We’ll done Wufoo, I would refer you to anyone.

Sorry for the bad photos.
