Give Better Presentations
Here is a great article (Seven Steps to Better Presentations, by Jeffrey Veen) on giving presentations. I don't do a lot of keynote presentations, but I do a lot of teaching in religious classes and all the same points still work. Here is a quick glance at the seven steps;
- Tell stories
- Show pictures
- Don't apologize
- Start strong
- End strong too
- Stand
- Pause
